After the Erasmus+ training „Heartbeat of Career” in Latvia participants shared gained experience in follow-up activities in Ukraine:
Feedback from Max: “After "Heartbeat of Career" I practiced tools and methods gained in the training for my friends and colleagues in personal conversations and on 20 of January found an opportunity to provide a group workshop "How to find yourself and life passion". It gathered 39 participants and most of them were satisfied or even over satisfied. I loved the process of the workshop and there was a really warm, open atmosphere. We agreed with participants that I will provide them one month coaching guidance after this activity. I want to thank Andris Arho for sharing his programme "Start strong", I continue spreading this knowledge, tools and skills. And thanks Lauma Ziemeļniece, I'm using some coaching techniques and developing myself as coach, trainer and some times mentor of themes: self developing, personal efficiency, time management, planning, finance (personal / company), goal setting, motivation, values (personal / team), project management. These topics inspire me, I want to develop in this and I like to open up new opportunities for people around me.”
Development of career education is highly relevant for Ukraine and we are looking forward to supporting and promoting it, as well as cooperating to improving its quality! Thanks to the project partners at Baltic Centre for career education and trainers Lauma Ziemeļniece and Andris Arho!
