“Young Ukrainian leaders” is an informal group
of active and initiative youngsters, who want to improve themselves and
make positive changes in local environment, Odessa. The group was founded in 2012, January. The members of the
group mostly are students and young alumni, who can show good examples how to be employed, how to realize own ideas in life and how to be active in Ukraine.
Thus the mission of an informal group is to create such group environment, where all participants find stimulation and opportunities for the further activity.
For implementing this mission, youngsters participated in Youth in Action programm youth exchange "my career=my business". It gave a push for youngsters to boost local environment, therefore youth exchange "ENTER" is hosted in Ukraine, Odessa region. The goal of informal group is to increase member self-confidence by hosting APV and youth exchange.
During 2014 the group has participated in training course "Me&You" based on coaching and "boy and girl" group method, with implementing this experience into 1-day training course about gender issues in Ukraine and using the methodology in professional sphere (NGO, university)
