The muliterial exchange "my career=my business" is designed and carried out by youth organizations from Programme
Countries (Estonia, Latvia, Romania) and Neighbouring Partner Countries
(Ukraine, Moldova).

The origin of the project "my career=my business" is the current complex and insecure economic environment that requires individuals with capabilities for solving new problems through independent and responsible action. The youth exchange is an important international platform where meets young people with an aim to exchange values, visions, understandings and corporation in part of theme "creativity and enterpreneurship" by crossing European borders. Project involves young people from rural areas where youngsters have limited workplace opportunities. Project increases entrepreneurship spirit among young people as personal and professional development as well means to make an impact on local community in a socially responsible way.
Youth exchange is based on non-formal education methods using the idea "Learning by doing".
All accomodation expences and 70% of transportation costs are covered by Youth In Action european programme fund.
